They evaluated only websites which they had reviewed in their paper. They only review sites which they think fit the following two criteria:

Their services are particularly suited to professionals, senior managers, and executives.
"They offer advice and job opportunities in a broad array of fields, from engineering and airline fields to regional and minority groups."
