In their Nov 15-21, 1998 issue, the National Business Employment
Weekly (the paper version) published an article called "The Best Web
Sites for Job Hunters," in which they rank what they consider the best
websites for job seekers. They evaluated only websites which they had reviewed
in their paper. They only review sites which they think fit the following
two criteria:
Their services are particularly suited to professionals, senior
managers, and executives.
"They offer advice and job opportunities in a broad array of fields,
from engineering and airline fields to regional and minority groups."

How to get information
about an employer over the web
There are two good reasons to get information about employers:
Some employers list their job openings on their websites (some do, some don't) To find out whether a company has a website, perhaps the easiest way is to call the company's general number and ask if they have one and what its web address is. Another way is to use search engines such as Yahoo and Excite. LISTS OF Websites of some Minnesota businesses: 1.
