Positives

I value all the old sheds, barns, and outbuildings like Burt Hudson's barn. They contribute to the rural character of our community.
I value the historic houses.
Efforts should be made to restore and preserve historic homes vs. tearing down and replacing with new. Keep the old to keep the historic flavor of the area.
Maintain historic neighborhoods.
Maintain historic structures in residential neighborhoods. Encourage rehab of existing structures, discourage acquisition of real estate for the purpose of tear-down.
We admire the old houses of Marine and how well maintained they are.
